Construction Technician - Casper, WY
Applicants must have construction experience. Duties include overseeing major construction projects, ensuring appropriate documentation, quality assurance/quality control management and an ability to act as a liaison between sub-contractors, clients, and Trihydro personnel. Additional duties include operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, and repair of groundwater and soil-vapor extraction and treatment systems within an operating petroleum refinery/terminal setting. Project Manager - Casper, WY
Applicants must have a BS in Geology or Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline and have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Applicants with petrochemical or upstream oil and gas project experience and professional certification are preferred. Duties will include project management, technical report preparation, field work, health and safety compliance, oversight of field crews performing groundwater, surface water and soil sample collection, support in development of environmental remediation system design and cost estimating, data review and validation, and oversight of operation and maintenance activities for groundwater remediation systems. The selected applicant will plan, direct, and oversee the successful and safe delivery of work scope, schedule, budgets, and client expectations for engineering and environmental projects. Applicants must have a B.S. in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Geology or a related field and 10 years of experience, including five years of relevant program management experience. Preferred candidates will have a professional safety certification (CIH, CSP) or the ability to obtain one in a timely manner. Duties will include H&S system development, program administration, training, data management and analysis, medical surveillance and case management, personnel management, and client relations. A comprehensive knowledge of State and Federal OSHA regulations is required. Applicants must have proven technical writing, communication, business development, and project management skills. Applicants with experience in the environmental consulting, petroleum, chemical, manufacturing, mining, water management, or construction services industries are preferred.

Candidates must have a BS in Biology, Soil Science, Ecology, or related field (MS preferred) and at least 5 years of relevant experience in natural resources in the Rocky Mountain region. This experience should include field work, project management, and technical writing. This position will plan, direct, and oversee the work scope, schedule, staff, budgets, and client expectations for various natural resources projects, including upstream oil and gas. The applicant should have demonstrated experience with the National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, and Clean Water Act.
