Applicants must have a B.S. in Engineering, Geology, or a related field, a Professional License, and 8-10 years of relevant experience including 5 years of managing projects. This position will plan, direct, and oversee the work scope, schedule, budgets, and client expectations for various engineering, remediation, and environmental projects at petroleum refineries and large industrial sites. Applicants must have excellent technical writing and client management skills. Air, water, and waste management experience in petroleum and refinery projects is a plus.
Engineer – Concord, CA
This is an entry level position requiring a BS in Environmental or Civil Engineering and candidates with 0-2 years of experience are preferred. Duties will include analytical sample collection from all environmental media (including air), soil and groundwater quality assessment, soil and groundwater remediation system design, operation, maintenance, and monitoring support for existing remediation systems, and assisting with technical report preparation. This position will require field work and applicants must have a clean driving record. Excellent technical writing, verbal communication, and Microsoft Office computer skills are required.
Project & Business Development Manager – Concord, CA
Applicants must have a BS in Engineering, Geology, or a related field and 5-10 years of relevant experience, including managing projects. This role will involve a mixture of business development and project management (seller/does). Applicants must have an interest and experience in marketing new clients and business development. Project management duties will include planning, directing, and overseeing the successful and safe delivery of work scope, schedule, budgets, and client expectations for multiple engineering, remediation, and environmental projects. Business Development duties will involve identifying, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. This role will work with the Corporate Business Development Team and Management to interact and market new clients, grow business, and prepare proposals. Preferred candidates will have a professional certification (PE or PG), 10 years of environmental consulting experience, and proven business development skills. Applicants must have excellent technical writing, communication, computer, and client management skills. The preferred location is Concord, CA, but may be flexible to Signal Hill, CA.
Environmental Technician – El Segundo, CA
Duties include operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, and repair of groundwater and soil vapor extraction and treatment systems within a petroleum refinery/terminal setting. Candidates with a strong mechanical and electrical background, knowledge of fluid-handling systems, and experience with wastewater/vapor treatment are required. Applicants must be proficient at computer data entry within Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidates should be able to communicate verbally and in writing effectively, multi-task, work safely, and work independently and in a team environment. Applicants must have a clean driving record. Candidates will primarily be working on a project site in El Segundo, CA

Environmental Technician – Davenport, IA
Duties include groundwater remediation system operations, routine air and water sampling and level gauging, as well as support for remediation and regulatory activities in an ethanol plant or petroleum refinery setting. Other duties include air emissions monitoring associated with leak detection and repair programs. A basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems is required. Preferred candidates will have experience in groundwater, soil, and air sampling. Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and have an ability to learn various database programs. This position will work independently and in a team environment and will require up to 75% travel. Candidates must have a clean driving record.

Environmental Scientist – Casper, WY
Applicants must have a BS in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or a related degree. Duties will include technical report preparation, management and oversight of field crews performing groundwater, surface water and soil sample collection, support in development of environmental remediation system design and cost estimating, data review and validation, and oversight of operation and maintenance activities for groundwater remediation systems. Applicants with 3-5 years of experience are preferred. A strong background in Health and Safety management is preferred. Applicants must have a clean driving record. Applicants must have good technical writing and Microsoft Office skills.
Environmental Chemist – Laramie, WY
Responsibilities include management and evaluation of environmental chemistry data, data quality planning and evaluation, preparation of data validation summary reports, forensic evaluation of chemical data, authoring sampling and quality assurance plans, and conducting laboratory performance audits. Candidates must have a BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field and must be quick learners with strong technical writing, communication, and self-management skills. Experience in scientific research process, analytical chemistry, USEPA data validation and analysis guidelines, environmental or chemical data is a plus. Qualified applicants will be able to complete challenging projects for multiple clients while working in a fast-paced team environment.
Project Management and Training Lead – Laramie, WY
Applicants must have a B.S. in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Sciences, or a related field and have three to five years of relevant project management experience. Preference will be given to candidates who are proven self-starters with experience in program development, training and the Engineering/Environmental Consulting industry. This position requires excellent technical writing and communication skills. Responsibilities will include developing, administering and maintaining company-wide programs related to project management materials and tools, training and mentoring project management skills, and enhancing the companies quality assurance program. The person filling this position must be able to: work independently and in a team environment, work with multiple stakeholders in an enjoyable and fast-paced environment, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. The position is based in Laramie, Wyoming and some travel may be required.
Water Resources Engineer – Laramie, WY
Applicants must have a BS or MS in Civil or Water Resources Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of experience. Applicants with a P.E. and a MS Degree are preferred. Duties will include surface water modeling, hydraulic design, plans and specification development, and project management.
