Our People
Engineer
Typical Day
In the office, we review project notes and data, attend project meetings, conduct
client contract work, and prepare and edit reports. Our projects vary in scope,
and we employ a variety of personnel with a range of different environmental and
engineering experience to promote cross-sharing of information. Furthermore, we
are highly involved with a variety of internal workgroups and trainings.
Typical Field Day
Our project duties include reviewing and gathering existing site information, coordinating
surveys, and performing general project maintenance. We often work with contractors
and subcontractors to troubleshoot issues and anticipated problems. We continually
communicate with project managers and clients to keep teams abreast of project statuses.
Travel
We expect to travel 30-40% of the time.
College Education
We are required to hold BS in Chemical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering, and
many of us have earned a Professional Engineer license.
