Our managers are proactive, engaged team members.

We have created an organizational structure that enables managers and employees to work closely with one another on projects and initiatives. Not only do our managers take active directorship roles; they are highly involved project team members. This cooperation has enabled managers and employees to develop close working relationships and create effective methods of communication and avenues for mentorship.

Our hands-on approach to management and our open-door policy creates trust and openness.
