Trihydro Sponsors Recycling at University of Wyoming Sporting Events
Trihydro is sponsoring a year-round recycling program at
University of Wyoming sporting events. Recycling receptacles are available for use at a variety of UW event venues including War Memorial Stadium and the Arena-Auditorium.
UW Sports Properties (UWSP) oversees placement of the containers and promotion of recycling efforts. UWSP account executive Shayne Cotner stated, "The university received 50 new receptacles from Trihydro to be placed accordingly, while providing 15-second videos during football and basketball games to promote the initiative."
This is the first year that Trihydro will sponsor the UW program. In the past, Trihydro has helped reduce solid waste by sponsoring recycling at a number of regional events including Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo, Race for the Cure, the Buddy Walk, Laramie Jubilee Days, Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo, Wyoming State Soccer Cup, and more.
