We offer a variety of engineering and design services for industrial, commercial, and municipal projects, large and small. We are experts in transportation planning, including preparing reconnaissance reports and roadway classifications, and establishing roadways and corridors that serve public and environmental interests.
Our roadway design experience includes scenic by-ways, multi-lane urban roads, and gravel roads in harsh climates and difficult environments. Our hydrologic expertise enables us to incorporate efficient drainage system design as well. We also provide site civil engineering and design services for both commercial and municipal projects. Our projects range from small developments to large projects on former Brownfield subdivisions.
Environmentally sustainable design is becoming an increasingly important component of many projects, and includes the site design and the buildings themselves. We are committed to engineering and design services that minimize impacts to the environmental footprint of the finished facility.
We are experienced in LEED rating systems and have been involved in a number of LEED design and management projects incorporating sustainable design features. We are proud of the fact that our corporate office was the first commercial building in Wyoming to have earned the prestigious Energy Star Label.
Beyond engineering and design, we perform professional surveying that incorporates highly sophisticated mapping techniques and instrumentation. Our surveying team, GIS consultants, and CADD technicians perform multiple services, including American Land Title Association (ALTA), topographic, construction, floodplain, and oil and gas infrastructure surveys. We also create legal descriptions and exhibit maps and plats for easements and temporary use permits.
