Founded in 1984 as a two-person partnership, Trihydro has grown to over 250 employees with facilities maintained throughout the United States.

Jack G. Bedessem, President, Chief Operations Officer
Jack Bedessem has over 20 years experience as a civil/environmental engineer, project manager, and program director. He is a certified and registered engineer in multiple states. Mr. Bedessem joined Trihydro in 1988 and was vice president of engineering from 1994-2004 and executive vice president from 1995-2004. He was named President in June 2004. His primary responsibilities at Trihydro include: corporate management, program administration, project management, engineering design, technical review, strategic planning, and regulatory negotiation.

Keith M. Marcott, Senior Vice President
Keith Marcott, a certified professional geologist, has over 20 years experience as a geologist and environmental manager. Mr. Marcott joined Trihydro six years ago after working for one of Trihydro’s long-standing solvent and petroleum recycling clients. Mr. Marcott was named Senior Vice President in June of 2004 and leads the company's Business Development and Marketing Unit. His principal responsibilities at Trihydro include: corporate management, strategic planning, insurance and litigation support, and business development.

Jeff Hostetler, Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Jeff Hostetler has over 19 years experience as a professional hydrogeologist and environmental project manager and is a registered geologist. He has worked for Trihydro since 1985. After serving as the company's Chief Operations Officer since 2003, Mr. Hostetler was elected to serve as the Chairman of the Board and was named Chief Information Officer in March 2005. His principal responsibilities at Trihydro include: corporate management, project management, technical review and oversight, and strategic planning.

Calvin Niss, Vice President
Calvin Niss has over 20 years experience in the environmental field as a hydrogeologist, project manager, and project development/administrator. His principal responsibilities at Trihydro include: supervision and management of air compliance, EPCRA/CERCLA, groundwater remediation projects as well as providing expert testimony on both groundwater and air compliance issues.

Deby Forry, Esq., Vice President of Risk Management, Chief Financial Officer
Deby Forry has over 15 years experience in the administration and management of environmental and engineering firms. She earned her juris doctorate in 1997 and is a licensed attorney. She spent two years as a staff attorney for the Wyoming Supreme Court, and joined Trihydro in 2000 as the company's General Counsel and Director of Human Resources. Ms. Forry was named Vice President of Risk Management and Chief Financial Officer in June of 2004. Her primary responsibilities include: corporate management, oversight of the company's overall risk management program, legal and compliances issues, corporate affairs, health and safety, and human resources.

Henry R. Richter, Special Projects Facilitator
Henry Richter, co-founder of Trihydro Corporation, has over 20 years of progressive technical and management services experience. After serving as as the company's president since 1995, Mr. Richter was named Special Projects Facilitator in June 2004. He is a certified and registered geologist. His principal responsibilities at Trihydro include: corporate governance, quality assurance, technical review, and regulatory liaison services.
