Engineer – Concord, California
Applicants must have a BS in Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering. Preferred applicants will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Duties will include assisting project managers with environmental assessment, remediation, regulatory compliance, technical writing, and air, groundwater, and soil sampling in a petroleum refinery setting. Applicants must have strong technical writing (Word), spreadsheet (Excel), and verbal-communication skills.

Geologist – Concord, California
Applicants must have completed a BS in Geology. Preferred applicants will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience includes conducting geological/hydrogeological investigations, overseeing drilling projects, installing monitoring wells, groundwater sampling, and preparing technical reports for petrochemical facilities. Applicants must have strong technical writing (Word), spreadsheet (Excel), and verbal-communication skills.

Project Manager - Concord, California
Project Manager to plan, direct, and oversee the work scope, schedule, budgets, staffing, and client expectations for various engineering and environmental projects at a large petroleum refinery. This position requires 5 to 10 years of relevant experience (including at least 3 years managing projects and at 2 years in a supervisory position); a B.S. in Geology, Engineering, or a related discipline; project-, time-, and client-management skills. An advanced degree, professional licensure (P.E. or P.G.) in California, excellent technical-writing skills, and experience managing large petroleum-refinery projects are preferred.

Entry Level Engineer/Geologist – Lander, Wyoming
Applicants must have a BS in Environmental, Geotechnical, or Civil Engineering, Geology, or a closely-related field. Preferable experience includes: solid waste facility design, construction, and operation; soil and groundwater investigation and remediation; environmental monitoring; and project management. Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills are required.

Air Permitting Group Manager – Laramie, WY (preferred)
Candidates must have a BS in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Candidates with PE Licensure are preferred. Duties will include permit applications, regulatory compliance, calculating emissions, site auditing, air pollution control, and field testing. Other duties include project management including scope, schedule, budget, and assigning employee resources as needed. Applicant will be required to conduct marketing for air permitting services. Applicants must have good technical writing skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Three to five years of experience in petroleum air permitting is required. Some regional travel will be required.

Civil Design Engineer - Laramie, WY
Applicants must have a BS or MS in Civil Engineering and 5 years of experience working on site civil design projects. Applicants with a P.E. and/or experience in the environmental field are preferred. This position will be responsible for water and wastewater pipeline & treatment design, plans and specifications, environmental remediation support, and technical report writing. Qualified applicants will be able to complete challenging projects for multiple clients while working in a fast paced team environment.

Human Health/ Ecological Risk Assessment – Laramie, WY
Candidates must have a BS (MS preferred) in Environmental Science, Toxicology, or Chemistry and 7 years of experience working in quantitative human health and/or ecological risk assessment. Candidates must have excellent writing and communication skills. Experience with data evaluation, field chemical data analysis per EPA RCRA/CERCLA protocols, statistical and geospatial presentation of chemical data, remedial investigation and remedy evaluation experience, familiarity with EPA risk assessment regulations and guidance, and knowledge of the petroleum refining industries is preferred. The location for this position may be flexible.

Permit Compliance Coordinator/Specialist– Laramie, WY
Applicants must have a BS or MS in Engineering, Geology, or related field and at least 5 years of experience working in mine permitting, reclamation and environmental compliance. This position will be responsible for reviewing state and federal regulatory requirements, updating existing permit documents and coordinating regulatory and permit requirements related to mining properties and projects throughout the west. This position will also include creating and monitoring electronic compliance schedules, planning and coordinating requirements. Qualified applicants will be able to complete challenging projects for multiple clients while working in a fast paced team environment. Applicants with experience in regulatory permitting, regulatory coordination, project management, client relations and/or safety in the mining and /or the environmental field are preferred.
