Environmental, Construction, and Operations & Services (ECOS) Contract
Trihydro was awarded first tier prime subcontractor status on the AFCEE Environmental, Construction, Operation, and Services (ECOS) contract with Hydrogeologic, Inc. The Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE) is the Air Force’s premier environmental services agency and center of expertise. As a field-operating agency of the Air Force Civil Engineer, it offers commanders a complete range of world class environmental, architectural and landscape design, planning and construction management services and products. AFCEE’s staff is comprised of engineering, scientific, and essential support fields including dedicated contracting experts.
The ECOS contract offers a broad range of construction, repair, and demolition work, to include both traditional and environmental; plus force protection and homeland security. In addition, this contract provides operations and services for environmental conservation, compliance, pollution prevention, and clean-up activities, and also includes ordnance removal and disposal, energy management, and Geographic Information Systems.

Trihydro was awarded a Multiple Award Schedule through General Services Administration (GSA) for Environmental Services.
This contract can be used to streamline the contracting process for government agencies by providing a faster, more cost-efficient means of meeting their environmental needs.
