Trihydro has been involved with numerous federal and state Consent Decree Compliance Programs. We have audited Benzene Waste Operations NESHAP and LDAR programs in accordance with Consent Decrees at over thirty refineries across the country. Trihydro has assisted many of these refineries in developing cost-effective solutions for bringing the facilities into compliance with the agreements.
