Trihydro was contracted to perform site inspections and prepare a field-wide Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan for 221 natural gas well sites in northwest New Mexico. The SPCC Plan was prepared in accordance with EPA Regulation 40 CFR Part 112.9. The well field covered a large geographical area, and required close coordination with the client.
