Mentoring Program



        The 2017 Trihydro Employee Mentoring           PROGRAM GOALS

        Program hosted a training in January of 2018 to kick-off the program for 2018.  The training provided
        Mentoring Program Guidance Documents for mentor/protégé review and helped setup the initial meetings.

        The Trihydro Mentoring Program seeks input and feedback on the success of the program throughout the
        year and openly encourages recommendations on how to improve the program.

        One of Trihydro’s most important
        corporate social responsibilities is to
        make sure we do our very best to ensure
        our people come home safely to their
        families and loved ones.  As a company,
        Trihydro sets high expectations of its
        employees that safety of its employees
        comes before any other project priority.
        Our employees know that stopping work
        for unsafe conditions is one of the ways
        we watch out for each other’s safety.

        While some companies may focus on keeping just their own people safe during the work day, Trihydro’s
        commitment extends to everyone at our job sites.

        In fact, Trihydo has provided safety training and behavior-based safety observations  to our own family
        members as a way to share our strong safety culture and make sure that safety “never sleeps”, even at
        home.  For example, our employees invited their own teenage drivers to attend our 3-D driving classroom
        training and our hands-on vehicle ride along training.
