As a geologist, you will have the opportunity to work with Fortune 100 oil and gas companies, mining companies, government agencies, and other industry clients as we aim to tackle some of their most complex environmental challenges. WHAT DO OUR GEOLOGISTS DO?

Our clients look to us as experts in the field of environmental and engineering consulting, and our teams of geologists live up to the challenge. Some of the work you might be responsible for includes:

Multi-media sampling, including soil, groundwater, soil gas, sediment, indoor air, and more
Site characterization, including application of advanced characterization techniques
Hydrogeology, including understanding the fate and transport of contaminants in the subsurface
3D visualization, modeling, and mapping
Field/construction oversight and management
Water resources and water resource development

Regulatory compliance, including learning and applying evolving state and federal regulations
Data management and interpretation
Environmental remediation design, implementation, optimization, and long-term operation and maintenance
Technical writing a wide variety of documents, including work plans, data reports, permit applications, and presentations

Since 2001, Trihydro has served the United States Department of Energy (DOE) at the Pantex Plant, which maintains the nation’s nuclear weapons stockpile and is located in Amarillo, Texas.

Trihydro was awarded a contract to evaluate the current complex hydrogeologic conditions, review the current groundwater monitoring well network, and conduct a corrective measures assessment to determine the best remediation approach for this site.
