Looking Ahead

With this 2016-2017 report, the committee hopes to begin a new chapter in Trihydro’s vision for
sustainability. The committee opted to take the four categories above and expand them into four
movements within Trihydro’s Sustainability Program: Healthy Workplace, Healthy Environment, Healthy
        Community, and Healthy Company.

Healthy Workplace Healthy Environment Healthy Community Healthy Company

These four movements will comprise the four main sections of the Sustainability Report moving forward.
In this 2016-2017 edition, the committee has showcased Trihydro’s recent work in the first three; the
Healthy Company movement will be expanded upon in the 2018-2019 edition.

Healthy Workplace: In this chapter, we present TriCORE, our umbrella program comprised of five
employee-led committees developed to create a culture of wellness and prosperity within Trihydro.
These committees are the Employee Engagement Committee, the Sustainability Committee, the
Mentoring Program, the Technical Leadership Program, and the Wellness Committee. Find out what these
committees have planned for 2018, and how you can get involved! This chapter also includes highlights of
Trihydro’s Health and Safety Program, the cornerstone by which we work safely and go home safely each
        and every day.

Healthy Communities: We encourage our employees to get involved in initiatives that support their
local communities and environment. In this chapter, we present the volunteer activities, campaigns, and
fundraising in which Trihydro and its employees participate.

Healthy Environment: In this chapter, we present Trihydro’s energy, waste, and water usage as a company,
and showcase some client projects from around the company that embody green remediation practices.
