                                                     Environment

        Creating, maintaining, and sustaining
        a healthy environment requires a holistic look at energy,
        water, and waste usage. In the past, Trihydro has implemented different initiatives in
        these focus areas including:

           •  Installing solar panels to offset energy usage at the Laramie headquarters;
           •  Tracking the Laramie headquarters energy performance with the EPA’s Energy Star program;
           •  Measuring our Greenhouse Gas emissions as part of the Climate Registry from 2007 through 2014;

           • Encouraging office recycling throughout the company, promoting paper recycling initiatives through
              environmental education, setting up office paper shredding receptacles, and donating electronic waste;
           • Sponsoring community recycling efforts through corporate sponsorships such as our athletic event
              recycling sponsorship with the University of Wyoming; and

           • Conducting waste audits in 2015 of the Laramie headquarters buildings to assess the amount
              and types of waste generated by Trihydro’s employees with a goal of creating a baseline for future
              diversion efforts.

        Portfolio Manager

        After assessing the above past initiatives, a goal
        was set by the committee to track Trihydro’s
        energy, waste, and water usage to build on
        these efforts. As part of EPA’s ENERGY STAR
        program, Trihydro has used the EPA’s Portfolio
        Manager platform to track energy usage of the Laramie headquarters buildings. Recently the EPA updated
        the system to allow tracking of water and waste usage. Companies can use the program to identify
        underperforming buildings, verify efficiency improvements, track waste diversion goals, and potentially
        receive EPA recognition for superior performance.
