BRIAN MARTINEK

Brian Martinek has been with Trihydro since 2011 and is currently
a senior hydrogeologist with Trihydro’s Industrial, Commercial,
and Energy Services Group. Based in our Golden, Colorado office,
Brian spearheaded Trihydro’s adoption of the RTD EcoPass to
encourage alternative transportation with the goal of reducing
traffic congestion and air pollution along the Colorado Front
Range. He is an avid cyclist and bikes to work roughly 15 miles
each day, rain, snow, or shine. Brian’s commitment to the
environment and living sustainability extend to his personal
life as well. In 2011, Brian and his wife won the City of Golden’s
Sustainability Award for their embodiment of the sustainable
lifestyle. Highlighted in their achievements are the design and
construction of their passive solar home, alternative transportation
advocacy, and commitment to reuse, recycling, and ethical
disposal of their waste stream. Trihydro is fortunate to have Brian
on our team. His contributions to sustainability are important not
only for Trihydro, but for the environment as a whole.
