#7 – Ride for the Brand – Erin Novini

“Erin has really taken to the multi-BU aspect of her role, including a significant new effort at business
development. She’s attending conferences, preparing/presenting papers, and growing new businesses with
her existing groundwater clients by growing them into broader clients, including air.”

#8 – Talk Less and Say More – Ron Washburn

“When I call the help desk, it is such a pleasure talking to Ron. Ron never makes me feel like I don’t know
anything about IT issues (which I don’t) and he just fixes things in a nice and efficient manner.”

#9 – Remember That Some Things Aren’t For Sale – Kyle McDonald

“Kyle is someone who asks the tough questions even when it is not comfortable. He is honest with himself
and project managers. He will not back down if he does not believe something is being done safely or in a
manner that is in the best interest of a client.”

#10 – Know Where to Draw the Line – Michael Sweetenham

“Integrity is a highly valuable quality in our line of work, and Michael truly exemplifies this quality. Although
he has been out of graduate school for less than five years, he has the maturity of someone much more
senior, especially when it comes to making tough decisions. I can trust Michael to make the right decision
for our clients, for our company, and for the safety of his peers every time.”

                                                                         TH

#11 – Leave it better than you found it. – Dan Aneiros

‘’’Leave it better than you found it” is the perfect Code of the West award for Dan Aneiros.
Dan came out of retirement to work at Trihydro as a senior engineer about 5 years ago, after
working at the Sinclair Wyoming refinery for over 40 years. Dan has lead Sinclair project
teams to success and has mentored staff, from entry level to team leaders. Key Sinclair
projects have included construction and loading of a Corrective Action Management Unit, and
technical support for refinery sewer expansions and maintenance. Dan’s open disposition and
sage advice have been appreciated and sought out regularly. I am sure I speak for more than
myself in saying that working with Dan has been very special, and I am a better employee
because of it. Dan exemplifies dedication to doing the job right, acting on behalf of the
client’s best interest, and taking the time to develop staff, or “bring them along,” as he has
said. Recently, Dan stepped down as group manager and transitioned to part time work. As
Dan prepares to return to retirement, this is the appropriate time to recognize him for his
contributions to Trihydro and the positive, lasting impact that he will leave on our company.”
