and promote business development at all levels. Since its conception in 2017, the Internal Marketing
Campaign has included initial meetings with employees to inform them of the campaign as well as two key
ongoing activities. The first ongoing activity is to post flyers in common areas that highlight a project, client,
collaboration, and/or service offered by Trihydro. The second ongoing activity is the Digital Signage Program.

The Digital Signage Program was developed to increase employee and client engagement throughout
our offices. Digital signs (i.e. TV screens) have been placed in high-traffic office areas in multiple office
locations to display content such as Human Resource posts, service highlights, training events, social media
updates, weather and news, general alerts and employee welcomes. Currently, we are working toward
installing more screens in more offices across the nation in order to unite more of our offices. This program
is uniting because it shows what is going on in every office, and is not only specific to the office in which the
monitor is located. In special events, it is possible for an associate to request content to be displayed that is
specific to that office (special client / employee welcome, specific office events, etc.). As of March 2018 the
program has been rolled out to Laramie, Signal Hill, Concord, Bismarck, Golden, and Cincinnati. In 2018 we
will roll the program out to Soldotna, Fort Collins, Helena, Austin, New Braunfels, and Sheridan.

        Planned activities for 2018 include:

           • Continue to support and provide feedback to marketing for the Digital Signage program.
           • Initiate a company-wide launch of triCORE to all employees in June.
           • Host and promote the annual Employee Giving Campaign in November.
           • Recruit additional Employee Engagement Committee Members
           • Additional activities will be determined based on the Employee Engagement Survey that was

conducted at the end of 2017. This survey was conducted to identify what employees desire to
change within the company. Over 50% of the employees in the company responded, and one
employee was randomly selected to win a $50 Trihydro meal-on-us card for completing the survey!

Based on employee feedback, Trihydro will be will be developing goals/action items to address
the following topics in FY 2018: 1) corporate communications, 2) employee recognition, 3) office
communications and connections, 4) TriCORE committees purpose and focus areas, and 5) sharing of
business unit information, clients and news (an ongoing BD/Marketing Team initiative).
