New for 2018, Trihydro is excited to present triCORE!
TriCORE is the official name for Trihydro’s several
employee led programs and committees, including
the Employee Engagement Committee, Wellness
Committee, Sustainability Committee, Technical Leadership Program, and Mentoring Program. TriCORE
was created to facilitate communication and collaboration between these programs and committees in
an ongoing effort to make Trihydro a great place to work. The mission of triCORE is to create a culture of
wellness and prosperity within Trihydro. TriCORE committees and programs strive to develop engaged
employees who enhance morale, take charge of their personal and professional development, provide
quality products and services, and make Trihydro the best place to work.

Employee Engagement Committee

The Employee Engagement Committee improves and enhances Trihydro’s employee culture. Achievements
in 2016-2017 include the creation of the Career Path Matrix, the Employee Giving Campaign (highlighted in
the Healthy Communities chapter), the Internal Marketing Campaign, and the Digital Signage Program.

The Career Path Matrix was designed to provide a definition to employee designation levels, and to create
consistent and meaningful job titles. Employees voiced the request for better defined career paths and
professional growth, and the Career Path Matrix can be used as a tool for leaders to guide employees
through their careers at Trihydro.

The Internal Marketing Campaign is a joint effort of the Employee Engagement Committee and Business
Development and Marketing Team to advertise within Trihydro the broad scope of services we offer. The
goal is to increase company awareness across business units, foster interaction between business units,
