What initially attracted you to Trihydro?
They were offering a position to be a Project Manager in Oil and Gas, which was what my previous experience entailed.
What do you do at Trihydro?
I am a Group Manager/Project Manager. My focus is primarily with gas plants to ensure that the rules and regulations developed by the Environmental Perfection Agency are being followed and implemented.
What do you like best about working at Trihydro?
I love the culture that Trihydro brings to its employees. Trihydro is a company that truly cares about each individual person. Everyone is more than willing to help you through a situation or answer a question.
What is your favorite type of project to work on and why?
My favorite type of project is the larger projects where the crew must come together to complete the task as a team. Its more rewarding when everyone took part.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a wildlife biologist that worked in the field performing hands on projects with wildlife.
When did you know you wanted to be an LDAR Project Manager – how did your passion for your career start?
I grew up watching my dad run an Oil and Gas company, so I feel that I was prepped for my position listening to my dads’ stories. As I got older and more experience in Oil and Gas it became second nature to be around it, so this is where I feel most comfortable.
What is a fun fact about you?
I love to show/teach kids how to hunt and fish.
What other Trihydro benefits/programs do you find most useful or utilize the most?
Having a younger family, I definitely take advantage of the contributions that Trihydro puts into our HAS accounts. They also have a FSA to assist with daycare.
