The opportunity of having a lifelong career.

What do you do at Trihydro? 
I am an LDAR Technician. 

Describe your most interesting or exciting day and/or experience on the job.
Every day I come to work is interesting because there is always more to learn and understand.

What do you like best about working at Trihydro? 
I have always been fascinated by gas plants / refineries.

What is your favorite type of project to work on and why?
I enjoy tagging and inventorying new units, and fixing existing units to make them easier to monitor.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a soldier when I grew up. 

When did you know you wanted to be an LDAR technician – how did your passion for your career start?
I feared change like most people do. But when I saw how great Trihydro takes care of their employees I knew I had to give it a shot if I was going to have a great career. When I did, I knew right away that this is what I wanted to do.

What is a fun fact about you?
I try and do the best I can to make sure that everyone around me is having a great day-- even on the tough days.

How has the mentoring program benefited you as mentor/protégé/or both?
It gives you a experienced person to ask questions and reassure you when you are doubting yourself.

What other Trihydro benefits/programs do you find most useful or utilize the most?
The wellness program is my favorite because I think being healthy and fit is very important.
