Contact Me

I joined Trihydro in 2011 through the acquisition of Aquifer Solutions, a small remediation firm. Trihydro was the ideal fit for me.  It’s a small-to-medium-sized company that allowed me to make a meaningful impact. Plus, the team at Trihydro shares my passion for the outdoors and for delivering exceptional work for our clients.

Growing up in upstate New York, my first job was on my grandmother’s dairy farm. At that time, in my early teens, I thought I wanted to be a farmer someday. I liked working outside and solving problems, both of which are integral to farming. Well, I ended up going to college, and after a couple years of wondering what I should do for the rest of my life, I fell into geology, which had the distinction of being exactly what I needed: working outside and solving problems.

I started my career at a small company in Connecticut called New England Pollution Control Company, which was bought by one of the big environmental companies at the time. I spent 13 years at the company and was fortunate to relocate to the Denver area in 1992. In 2000, I left the organization to start my own environmental remediation and construction company. That venture lasted until 2007 when I merged with another small remediation firm, Aquifer Solutions. In 2011, Aquifer Solutions was purchased by Trihydro.

During my time at Trihydro, I have been given opportunities for growth and to work on a variety of projects. I served as the Federal Services Team Leader, became a Company Shareholder, served on the Board of Directors for 2 years, and helped stand up our Leadership Evaluation and Development Program.  Currently, I am the office manager for our Lakewood, CO office and serve as Vice President of Government Services.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family. My wife and I met in college at Syracuse in 1986 and have two sons who were born and raised in Colorado. Our older son is a high school biology teacher and our youngest is graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in mechanical engineering. My wife and I enjoy cooking and entertaining together. Some of my other hobbies include remodeling and renovation, building with concrete, hiking, fishing, hunting, and recently I've taken up sailing. I am ASA certified and have sailed in places like San Diego, the Pacific Northwest, Florida, and the Caribbean, with many more places on our list to sail.

If you find yourself in the Denver Lakewood area, bring your mountain bike and look me up. I’ll show you some of the trails in the Front Range and then some of my favorite breweries that serve up refreshing recovery beverages.
